TradeX is a personal trading journal that helps you record, track, and analyse your trades. It is a journalling tool only — it is not a broker, trading platform, investment advisor, or financial planning service.

Disclaimer: Nothing in TradeX — including AI analysis, performance statistics, tax estimates, or any other feature — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
All tax estimates (STT, brokerage, GST, LTCG, STCG) are for informational purposes only and may not reflect your actual tax liability. Please consult a qualified chartered accountant for tax filing. TradeX is not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the app.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeX. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TradeX for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform.
7. Data ownership
You own your trading data. TradeX does not claim ownership of any content you enter. We will not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. See our

8. Service availability
We aim to keep TradeX available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeX and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will post changes in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
